    Providing Source Code:

    • Complete Source Code: After the project is completed and all fees are paid, the complete source code of the project will be provided to the customer.
    • Source Code Ownership: Full ownership of the source code is transferred to the customer.
    • Use of Source Code: The customer can use the source code for any purpose, including modification, republication or sale.

    Modifications and Adding New Options:

    • Cost of Modifications: Any modifications or additions of new options to the project after its completion will be charged at an additional cost.

    Other Regulations:

    • Confidentiality: Arta Royan Novin Fardad Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information related to the customer's project.
    • Time Commitments: Arta Royan Novin Fardad Company will make its best effort to complete the project on time.
    • Support: Arta Royan Novin Fardad Company will provide free support for the project for a period of [time period] after its completion.

      Governing Law:
