The Meeting Management Panel has been added to the admin dashboard of the site to allow users to record and edit their meetings. This panel provides the ability to record the date and location of meetings, attendees, topics discussed, and decisions made, and also provides the ability to display meetings in full.

In order to improve the management and documentation of meetings, a Meeting Management Panel has been added to the admin dashboard of the site. This panel has been designed and implemented using PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS technologies, and provides the following features:

  • Record and edit meetings: Users can record new meetings and edit them as needed.
  • Record the date and location of the meeting: The ability to record the date and location of the meeting is provided for more accurate documentation.
  • Record attendees: Users can record a list of attendees at the meeting.
  • Topics discussed and decisions made: All topics discussed at the meeting and decisions made can be recorded and managed.
  • Full meeting view: Users can view meetings in full, which includes all recorded information such as date, location, attendees, topics discussed, and decisions.

This panel helps system administrators and users to accurately document their meetings and easily manage the information related to each meeting.The user-friendly design and comprehensive features of this panel make it possible to manage meetings more effectively and in a more organized manner.
